All p111 Accounts for Pakistani users are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Your balance, transaction history, bonus amounts, and withdrawal figures are all expressed in PKR. p111 does not apply hidden currency conversion charges to PKR accounts.
An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. p111 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. p111 will provide reasonable notice before any such fee is applied. Real Money balances in dormant accounts will not be forfeited without lawful basis.

USDT TRC20 deposits are credited following standard blockchain confirmation times. p111 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
By depositing funds into your p111 Account, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised account holder of the payment method used. p111 reserves the right to request source of funds documentation as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) compliance obligations.
p111 does not accept cash deposits, third-party payments, or transfers from unverified payment sources. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name and matching your verified p111 identity.
Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Account holders. Accounts that have not completed the identity verification process will not be able to initiate withdrawal requests. p111 strongly encourages all users to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when withdrawing funds.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally possible. Where this is not possible — for example, in the case of cryptocurrency deposits where the wallet address is unavailable — p111 will contact you to arrange an alternative withdrawal method that can be linked to your verified identity.
p111 aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to five business days depending on your bank's processing times. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to standard blockchain processing times.
The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000 per transaction. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though p111 may request additional documentation for unusually large withdrawal requests as part of its standard compliance procedures.
Winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawal of Real Money deposits is not restricted by bonus wagering requirements unless the Real Money and Bonus Funds have been mixed in a manner governed by the specific bonus terms.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives offered by p111 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a particular promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements which specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be staked before any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are clearly stated in each promotion's terms and are denominated in PKR. Only wagers placed on eligible games or markets will count towards wagering requirements. Bets on excluded games or markets will not contribute to wagering.
All Bonus Funds carry an expiry period, after which any uncompleted wagering requirement and remaining bonus balance will be forfeited without further notice. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, only one bonus may be active at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may, at p111's discretion, result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
